We have a whole host of adult fitness classes, from Bootcamps, both indoor and outdoors, weighted, unweighted, HIIT, cardio and technique sessions to Pilates and Yoga. Whatever your fitness goal, whatever exercise you prefer, we have you covered.
And remember kids are always welcome!
We have a whole host of classes for you to do whilst you are off on maternity. Our Mat mums classes are classes designed for postnatal recovery and repair, and for you to get back to fitness with baby in tow. We have a full range of classes to suit you and your needs, from Park bodyweighted workouts, to weighted workouts inside our studio, and Mamma-Lates (our bespoke Mum and Baby Pilates classes.)
These classes are more for baby to learn and grow and for you as a parent to relax, and bond with baby, but also to meet and socialise with other parents in the Warrington area, who are at the same stage you are at, struggling and succeeding with the same things in parenthood. From Baby sensory, social meet ups, baby yoga, kids yoga and baby massage we do it all. Dad's always welcome!
